Need a diet buddy
 

I am a grandma of 3 and need a friend that will be there during my journey to loose 35 pounds. Need to get in better shape to run around with the kiddos!!!:o

I probably don't have the stamina to be a 'buddy' but these forums are here for you to discuss your journey and your success. I'm sure it WILL be success.

So glad you found us. Why don't you jump onto the Women's corner? There are more than 1 grandma there waiting to meet you. And bunch of youngsters hoping to hear your thoughts and wisdom.

And if you need a little nudge in the you-know-where for exercise, check out the "did you exercise" thread. We are there to encourage, congratulate, and occassionally prod :D us to get moving and keep moving. No experience necessary!
