Hi everyone. Just thought I would say hello. I'm new here, aged 26 from the UK, and looking to lose some weight, and continue with my battle to get fit!
Currently need to lose about 11kgs (or 20 pounds or so to be a healthy weight, and overall want to lose about 22kgs, (or nearly 50 pounds to be at my ideal weight!) Aiming for 11kgs by christmas which is do-able I think!
Joined a gym a few weeks ago, and am really enjoying it. Still struggling a bit on the diet front though.
I do like my chocolate biscuits......
Anyway, looking forward to being on the forums and getting on with my weight loss!
