hi i am looking for weight loss friends who are mums like me, i would like to swap stories and encourage each other on our journeys.
im starting out fresh today after months of yo yoing with my diet and not really commiting to it, finally push to do something came on saturday when i went to buy myself some jeans and the two way mirrors horrified me to be honest seeing my belly and my bum at the same time was not good and on my birthday too lol, i am 38 and a mum of 4 and i need to make changes and get my weight under control, if you want to chat please message me, looking forward to making new friends along the way :)
