low carb plan

I'm wanting to do a low carb diet, but can't see to get it together, menus, recipes. Can anyone help me? thanks

I have just started the Atkins diet following buying the "New Atkins for a New you" book. Just completed weeks 1 and lost 4lbs so pleased. Gives you recipe ideas etc.

I recommend the book "Protein Power." Also "The Carbohydrate Addict's Lifespan Program." I've lost a lot of weight using these.
