Hello all I am 32 yr old female and I weigh 208lbs. I want to lose 33lbs by my birthday 10/17. I am a full time student and come home to a wonderful husband and 3 children. I just got an xbox 360 and I am starting to do the dance workouts. Now with this FITDAY, I am going to track my calories and weight and see if it will help me reach my goal..... I am going to stay positive and try my best to stay focused on my goal. My long term goal is to get down to 140lbs by my anniversary 7/18/13. and maintain that weight.;)
