New to fitday but been working at it for a while now
I am new to fit day, I found it when I went looking for an online food diary. I have been working on my health and weight since October 2011, I have lost 9kg so far *YAY* but I have hit the wall at 86kg.
At this point its lose a kilo gain a kilo... so I have decided to amp it up a bit, I have just started following the csiro dietThis is a challenge because I have been semi vegetarian most of my life, and I love my carbs! I have decided it is worth it though, I am half way to a healthy weight range number and I want to make it this time!
Welcome, glad you found us. Yep, never met a carb I didn't like :D. But for me, keeping the carbs under control is the key to keeping the weight under control. The only way I've found to do that is to log what goes into my mouth, and let FitDay do the math. Gotta admit, sometimes I don't like what the math tells me :cool:, but sometimes the truth hurts :rolleyes:.
