How do you customize your nutrition?
 
Hi there, I'm new to the site and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to customize the nutrition for my nutrition goals. I'm currently on the P90X nutrition plan and would like to customize it to that. Thanks :)

I'm confused. Are you asking about logging your food or how much you should eat?

Aaah well in the nutrition plan it's like 60% protein and 50% carbs I'd like to make it where I'm able to set up my foods tracking like that

Once again, I'm confused.:confused:

60%+50%= 110% and that's before factoring in fat, which that diet calls for.

The book tells you what to eat, just eat it and log it. If there's something you can't find when logging your food, create it as a custom food.
