Some of us are "lifers" here. The accountability that FitDay provides is what keeps me honest and self aware. I am not always faithful to the logging, but as soon as I see the scale going in the wrong direction, or get that "ugg, I just don't feel like I'm eating right" feeling, back I come to the log to figure out what's going wrong.
Sweets are a big problem for many of us. Check some of the older threads, or do a search and I bet there will be a bunch of great suggestions for avoiding sweets, or replacing the caloric ones with healthier alternatives.
