Its great to know there are so many of us out there who's decided to take control, and I'm happy to meet you all. I'm trying something new this time around, this site, hoping to log my progress along the way and have a support system backing me when I've fallen off like we tend to do or and when I've shown progression. Sugar is my weakness, and I'm trying to week to work on this so that it can be a lifetime change. I'm also having problems with not eating throughout the day, so that is added to my list of things to work on so that this time around it will stick. So I wish everyone the best of luck and likewise to myself!

Some of us are "lifers" here. The accountability that FitDay provides is what keeps me honest and self aware. I am not always faithful to the logging, but as soon as I see the scale going in the wrong direction, or get that "ugg, I just don't feel like I'm eating right" feeling, back I come to the log to figure out what's going wrong.
Sweets are a big problem for many of us. Check some of the older threads, or do a search and I bet there will be a bunch of great suggestions for avoiding sweets, or replacing the caloric ones with healthier alternatives.
Don't be a stranger - we are all in this together :)
