I agree with both Pam and April....the Women's Corner is where it's at! I personally like the 7-Day Motivational Thread, it's stickied at the top of the forum and a new one is started each week. The goals you make are your own. It's a good place to set your goals in writing, and we try to hold each other accountable for them. And don't mind Mike, the mod, he's just another one of the girls.
There is all kinds of advice and support around here, you just have to look and ask for it. We've all been where you are now, just starting out. I can honestly say I don't know where I would be had I not found FitDay. Well, I take that back, I'd probably still be 255 lbs, if not more!!! It has truely changed my life. Come see us over there!!!
