Default New to Forums

I'm new to the forums, but have been on FitDay since 2004. Four years ago I lost 60lbs and have been able to keep it off. But I have gained 10-13 lbs back recently and have had a hard time getting motivated to get it off. I have been going up and down for the past month or so.

I need a swift kick in the rear to get moving and get his off before it gets out of control!

Consider yourself booted Laurie!

Why don't you check out the women's corner? There is lots of great companionship there. Check the 10-15lb thread and the weekly motivation thread. Both of them will provide some inspiration and the occasional "shoulder to cry on" Cyber-style.

Default How do I create my signature lines, I forget ....

Help! I forget how to create a permanent signature line with my info . . .

Go into private messages in the upper right and edit signature is on the left. I think that should be correct. Good luck Laurie.
