Hi, I'm Tee. I was on Fitday years ago when I wasn't over weight. It helped me to maintain my weight. Now I'm back 10 years later obese. I am 36 yrs old 5'6 225lbs. I have been over weight for 5 years. I need to take my control back. My long term goal is to be 140lbs. I need to begin an exercise program but have not started that yet. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
