Wink Hi everyone!

Not new to Fitday, but new to the forums, and starting over for the umpteenth time with getting in shape. I have type 2 diabetes and am overweight and out of shape, but I am SO hopeful!!

Hi pubd2d

It's been awhile since you joined the forums how has it been going? How long have you been type 2? Have you kept up with your walking? I walk a lot and am taking a strengthen class one day a week.
