Default Rock Bottom

I am a 70-year-old woman, morbidly obese, and at my personal rock bottom. I have eaten my way into a world of pain and misery. Today I have taken one step out of this coffin.

Welcome to FitDay! Other than being younger, I was at that point two years ago. With a little determination you can turn things around and take control of your life. I do hope you decide to stick around and let us know how you're doing. If you need help or advice, just ask!

Regards,
Michael
