Smile Weigt loss buddy
I joyned yesterday. I would like to have one or two weight loss buddies in this journey to a better and healthier boddy. I'm 52 yrs old from Virginia, USA. We could share in our triumph and sorrows. Thanks.

I am 50 and join fitday in April. How do you like fitday so far? What are your goals?

Second Goal 155 (8/31/12)
Current Weight 139.2 (4/24/13)
New goal - lose weight slowly, build muscle & lower body fat
