Question Hellooo

So the name is Ari....I just need something to help me with my diet..I'm a model but im a bit chubby so i need to lose atleast 10pounds maybe 20 so my stomach is a bit flatter. So yeah..hi...

Consider weight lifting. Doing core exercises like squats and deadlifts will help you solidify your abs, but and core. That along with small diet changes should get you to the physique you desire.

Excuse me but why do you want to lose those 10lbs?
you already look amazing

just saying, anyways - welcome, check other threads espacially in food section and if you dont find anything for you than ask - here are some people with huge knowledge so surely you will get some help
