New diet and problems with binging
I'm 5'9" 275 lbs. I don't know how much I need to weigh because BMI doesn't apply to me (weightlifter) but I think it's 210 - 220ish. I'm eating lots of vegetables and proteins that seem to keep me full. It's a low glycemic kind of diet.
I have a problem with binge eating sometimes. Yesterday I ate a whole pizza plus loads of other crap. I got mad at myself but food addiction is an insidious thing. Unlike other addictions, you have to consume some of the addictive substance (food) every day.
I've done it before and I'm confident I can do it again. Wish me luck.
