New to Fitday
Ive joined before, and tried it, but just couldnt sink my head into it. Well, im now 275 just before summer, and its gotta go. Im not going to shock my system, but i am going to start the cleanse today. Here is what im going to do this week. The wife is with me too.
First 2 weeks starting today
3 cups hot green tea daily
2x Elliptical (1 morning, 1 evening) 15/20 minutes a pop a day
64 OZ water a day
Here is my build:
6 foot 4
Sedentary (IT guy)
Family of 4 children
I will be reporting back weekly. Im looking for a way to get a general weekly grocery list together. Have you guys seen anything like that here?
