Hey Fitday,
This is me:
Male, 24 years old
Living in Northeastern US
starting Weight: 285
As you can see, I've got a lot of work ahead of me. Unfortunately, my job keeps me tied to a computer most of the day. But I've got a great family to support me, and hopefully enough willpower to see this through.

Welcome to the forum! Like you, I work at a computer all day. The best thing that I ever did was to start walking on my lunch break. I get an hour and I get in two miles a day during that break. It has made a world of difference. Last year when I started I was only going about a half a mile, now it's 2 miles or more. Add in water in place of any sugary drinks and you will see changes start to happen.
