Hello I am 26 and a mother of 3 (5,3, and 5 months) Have gained over 100 in baby weight from the 3 that just kept adding on. I have decided my life will not be determined by my weight so I started working out and using this site to help control my diet. I am not good at eating well but I am working really hard at it. I lost 3 pounds last week and hope to keep it up. If you have any tips to keep the diet going would be greatly appreciated.
