Smile Hello all

I am from India and presently weight 80 kilos. I am 5'8' and hope to bring down my weight to around 68 kilos by the end of the year. I have tried losing my weight in the past but due to zero discipline and motivation have failed. self-motivation is tough. hope to find some motivation and support here. I have a sedentary lifestyle. I have started doing bodyweight exercises(3 days a week) as i do not have access to a gym and on my rest day I do interval training on a staircase.

Hello. don't despair. We are all in this together. It's one day at a time. Every day I start over because the price to pay for giving up is too high. I admire you for doing cardio on a staircase. That's dedication.
