I'm new to FitDay! This is pretty awesome. It's going to take some getting used to it, but I'll do it.

The bottom line is if I want to get this weight off, I need to count calories. Burn more than I take in. Period.

It's not going to be easy or quick. So I'll just poke my way around and learn on this site.

I would love to make some friends so we can support and encourage each other.

Hey!! Welcome aboard! (sometimes I just can't help myself haha...a board....anyway)

FitDay has been a life saver for me. Using it every day has been key, it doesn't take long to get used to it here. There is so much motivation, inspiration and support here.

I'm at same path!
have limited intake of calories and spends 1,000 calories more ...
It is a slow path ... but we'll see at the end whether it is worth.
This site really helps with the monitoring of food and activities ... a forum is a friendly environment that gives you support
