Hi I'm new to the forum but have had FitDay on my computer for years now, I love it. I weigh myself every morning and I have a great record of my weight loss and gains. I can see exactly when I need to start watching my diet. I'm currently trying to lose about 20 pounds and am following the Subway diet. I can see my progess everyday with the FitDay goal chart. In the last month I'm down 9.4 pounds !!
Anyhow it's nice to find this forum with lots of talk about food diets etc...
