I do have a question. Is there a way to "modify" or add exercises to the selection? I have a cardio routine that I am doing on a treadmill, but I'd love to be able to input the actual speed and incline or decline that I am using. I log in my training book my exercise, intensity, incline/decline, heart rate, time, calories burned,etc.

October 29, 2009 I underwent gastric bypass surgery and started out just under 300 pounds, but my health was a mess! As of this morning, I am down to 164 and my goal is 140 by July 20, 2012. I am working like a dog in the gym!! Soon I am sure that Noah's Ark will have to come save us! lol
