Hi my name is Becky I've been using fit day on and off for a few years but this is the first time i ever checked out the forums my weight has been up and down between 130 and 160 for a few years but this year i went away to college and I'm almost up to my all time high of 165 so I decided that i need to change my eating habits and stop eating junk and get myself back on track I;m hoping that with a support group I will be more accountable I was 161.8 this morning so only 31.8 lbs to go I really wanna be 140 for our texas vacation in june
It's good to see you jumping right in here & on other forums! Connection is a key ingredient for me too. I hope it goes well with you on your downward trend with your weight.

I am new too. I want to lose 25 pounds. I love the accoun tqbility of keeping track on fitday. It helps me see how many calories, and carbs, fat, fibre, protein ect count in foods.
