Hello all...
 
Hey there, Im Mike... kind of new, still trying to see what all is here...

I began my weight loss adventure back in August of 2011... when I suddenly realized that somehow I had managed to sock on about 75 extra pounds.. amazing how they crept up on me... -LOL :p

Anyway I began at about 359 on Laborday weekend and now down under 300:D .. my best advice that I have learned is that I have attacked the problem from ALL directions...
I have been eating healtiher meals, avoiding fast food and junk food
I have been watching my portion sizes and between meal/late night snacks...
I have been doing things to increase the number of calories I burn.. not really a full blown exercise program, but small changes in my daily routine.
and last but definately not least, I have been using a variety of suppliments from Complete Nutrition..

So far so good... next mini goal 259 by 4th of July weekend...

and remember, The only way you can fail is if you quit trying....
