Hello from Steve-O

Hola,

Been fishing around, liking what I see, good site.

Looking for a place to journal, log and track fitness & nutrition goals, progress updates etc. with some support and accountability.

Currently living in the cold of the midwest but originally from SoCal.
Hoping to start mountain biking again and to plan a trip to go hiking in the Colorado rockies again once I reach those goals.

I have 180lbs of fat to shed with some muscle tone and definition to gain.

corny little jingle for the day...

Looking for inspiration
and to also inspire,
to start my initiaiton
and to light my fire.

The journey starts now.

Mahalo,

Steve-O

Steve-O, I love your little jingle. Yup! I love FitDay too. It's full of active people who are very supportive during the ups & downs of journeying toward better health.

You may want to explore the link that I have on the bottom of my signature. A fellow member, Vito, took lots of care & thought to pull resources together. I still refer to it.

Keep your motivational goals in mind throughout your fight to a healthier you.

Pop in on other threads & keep us updated on how you are doing! :)

Welcome! If you work FitDay and stick with it, you CAN make your goal. If you need any help along the way, just ask.

Regards,
Michael

Thank you. And I'll say it again, if someone with my bad habits can do this, anyone can. I've been far, far from "perfect" on this journey and that's fine. What has to be understood, though, is that some basic lifestyle changes have to be maintained "most of the time". Easier said than done, I know. I find that posting here helps keep the motivation and commitment up, at least it does for me.

Regards,
Michael
