Hey everyone im new to this site. just stumbled on it actually. Im very serious about losing some weight and i hope this site helps.

I second Vito. Get acquainted with the site, and then use it. If there's a question you have that is not in the Best of Series, all you have to do is ask.

I'm not going to say good luck, casue luck has nothing to do with it. I will however say Best Wishes on your journey!!
