Those last 10-15lbs!
Age: 28, 5'1
Weigh in Aug 2010: 177lbs - size 14
Weigh in Nov 2010: 160lbs - size 10
Weigh in May 2011: 147lbs - size 6
Current weight: 155lbs - size 8
Goal: 135 lbs
Easy to get off once you're motivated. As soon as you fall off the wagon I put weight on in no time. Having trouble trying to get down to where I once was. I have had a trainer since summer 2010 and it has been the best decision I could have made.
Weigh in Aug 2010: 177lbs - size 14
Weigh in Nov 2010: 160lbs - size 10
Weigh in May 2011: 147lbs - size 6
Current weight: 155lbs - size 8

Those last pounds are the hardest - been there, still doing that. Keep it up [email protected], you know what to do.

I just read this thread that's put together by Vito. You may know a lot of what's written there, but hopefully something there will encourage you.

Thank you for the encouragement! I have been noticing the numbers are high up there again and I don't want this. Incentive: I signed up for 2 races late spring!! It's just that socializing revolves around food and generally unhealthy options. My brain is on and my mind is focussed to where I want and need to be!
