Long time member, first time poster...got a lot to lose....
Hello, like the title says, long time fitday member but I have never posted here. I've set my goals and I plan on tracking my foods and to track, and start exercising. My goal is to lose 40-50 pounds by July 1,2012. If any one like to to join in with me I would love to have some buddies on my journey. :)
