Day 1, Week 1, Whatever You Want To Call It
Hi friends!
So I figured the only way I will be able to succeed is to keep a tab on myself. I'm not going to be writing about my feelings or cravings.. Just simply eating clean and posting weekly pictures. I appreciate any feedback or recommendations!

I'd like to thank you all for your support. I want to succeed just as much as everyone else wants me to!
Yeah, I'm about 6'4". In the past, I ate anything and everything and lifted hard at the gym. Although I enjoy the size and strength, I am lacking tone and flexibility. Given that, I have completely changed my routine to eating clean and a decent workout routine -- I threw in P90X and will be running everyday.

Maybe it's time to break down and write about your feelings? Hahaha, just kidding. I've found that one of the best things for me was to learn how to pick myself up and climb back on the wagon, so long as you get that down the rest will come. Good luck. Are you doing P90X?

Being consistent is definitely key. Once you realize that putting the right foods into your body improves overall performance during an exercise, I think that should be enough to block out anything with poor nutrition. I am doing P90X and running here and there, however, I sometimes take an extra day off. So more like P100X or P110X..? haha
