Trying to loose weight, TIPS or Motivational Words would be nice.
So I'm around 2 inches away from being to go to meps and finally get into the national guard.....
But I just have a hard time sticking to not eating bad foods/exersise, I'll do good
for a week and then feel like it wont ever change anything even sticking to it.

Plan, plan, & and plan somemore. Write out your meals & snacks for the day or a couple of days (I find trying to do the whole week doesn't quite work, too many surprises). Set an exercise goal and put your exercise plan on a calendar. Ready to run a 5K? Want to be able to squat your body weight? or Swim 1K. I have found that when I try to exercise just because it is good for me, I too end up finding excuses not to do it. But when I have a goal and can chart my progress toward that goal, then it isn't just exercise, but an accomplishment.
Another thought is finding a buddy to workout with. That is often more difficult than it sounds, but when you do have a well match exercise partner it can be very motivating.
And as Vito says... stick around, use the tools, follow and reply to some of the many fun threads weaving through the forums.
