Hi,
I have spent the past week getting familiar with fitday. I was on another site for a while but I am finding fitday much more user friendly - and that's what I am looking for, something quick and easy to get around in.

I do have a question about the food journal entries. Why isn't sugar listed on the nutritional list?

My goal is to lose 25 lbs by the end of May. I have spent this past week setting my goals, working on my calendar, cleaning out my kitchen, telling family and friends what I'm doing and telling my best friend that she is my accountability partner. I think she is looking forward to telling me what to do. :)

Today I bought new walking shoes and a pedometer. No excuses now.

The above link will help with questions like this. But basically it boils down to sugars being tracked as carbs. It doesn't seem to harm anyone's weight loss goals here. ;)
