ready for a change
Hey there! My name is Rachel, and I'm 26. I have done many different diets before, however every time I lose the weight it comes back. I get comfortable, or fall in to a relationship where someone doesn't seem to care, and I end up gaining the weight back. My current boyfriend things that I am fine the way that I am, however doesn't understand that I need to be happy in my body.
So...I'm hoping that I can keep up with this weight loss thing, and that with support I can actually be healthy again. Currently I'm at 228.9, and am hoping to get back down to 175 as my end goal.
