New to Fit Day
Just started Atkins Phase 1 yesterday (gained 3 lbs:confused:)...
The forum there suggested using FitDay to track our food intake and exercise. The one thing I am having a hard time figuring is the amount of calories it says I can take in; over 2000... I have looked at the figures I just don't understand. I know that isn't right as that is what I eat now and it isn't doing me any favors. Anyhow I am a 38 year old mom of 5 kids and I stay at home, meaning the fridge is always there staring at me and I get downright BORED. Let's face it there is only so much laundry and scrubbing you can do before you are looking for something else to do. So I eat.... :eek: Glad to be here and hope this helps me, I am at 188lbs and hope to reach 165 lbs by the end of April. |
