to 30# and beyond
Hello, I started trying to loose weight way back in May when I got a new bike...put 800 miles on my bike since then (not a lot, but a little every day) and found that I didn't really loose that much weight. I did gain some muscle and became way more fit...but Apparently, after a certain age (*cough*40*cough*) I actually do need to DIET & exercise. So looking around on the internet I found fitday. I've been tracking my food for about a month now, and I love it.
