Hello! Squishy kat here.
As if fitday didn't seem cool enough upon just joining, I discover a forum community! Hooray! I was almost sad that I didn't have any more information to put in my profile and daily log for today, and then found this.
I am Kat, and I feel like this method of tracking and logging daily things and progress is the perfect way to help me achieve some health goals- I'm always at my laptop for school. I am not overweight, but I am over the weight I felt my very best at, and would like to lose about 10-15 lbs to get back there again. The weight numbers aren't even as important as eliminating this doughy squishy feeling all over my body! I especially like the "body" tab with measurements that way- I think it will actually be a better indicator of progress, and I hope to replace a lot of the squishy with muscle.
I hope this forum will be a regular stop on my daily browsing! Like I said, I'm on my laptop for school all the time (too much, really), and think I'll find myself here a lot!
