here goes..!!
hi all,
just a quick line to say hello, i found this site by accident. i was looking for an online food diary and it brought me here.
i'm a 41 yr old bloke from Gloucestershire, England. i weigh 216lbs and need to be closer to 150lbs. i've lost weight so many times just to gain it all back, this time i have decided to quit booze, join the gym and log absolutely everything to see where i make my mistakes.
so, here goes!

Woohooo, welcome to the bloke from Gloucestershire.
Pretty much everyone on the forums will tell you that logging your food and exercise (religiously) will be the best habit you will ever get into . Have fun at the gym, find a couple of folks that enjoy the same things and make it a habit to meet up with them every week. For me the social aspect of the gym is one of the things that keeps me going back.
