The last time!
Hi everyone, I have been on this site for 2 weeks now and I love it! The second I finish eating something I am running to the computer. I have been up and down with my weight for about 5 years now. I am sick of the rollercoaster! Each time I start working out and eating healthy it seems to take much longer to get the weight off. This is the last time I fall off! I am expecting my first baby in April and I refuse to be one of those Dad's who is too tired and overweight to play with their kids. I am at 207 now and my goal is to be at 175 by Mid feb. Thank you! So what are your plans of execution? Some people start out logging everything they normally eat so they can get a nice wake up call of how much they are usually eating and know what kind of adjustment to make.
