The last time!
 
Hi everyone, I have been on this site for 2 weeks now and I love it! The second I finish eating something I am running to the computer. I have been up and down with my weight for about 5 years now. I am sick of the rollercoaster! Each time I start working out and eating healthy it seems to take much longer to get the weight off. This is the last time I fall off! I am expecting my first baby in April and I refuse to be one of those Dad's who is too tired and overweight to play with their kids. I am at 207 now and my goal is to be at 175 by Mid feb. Welcome to the site! Sounds like you have quite a good little reason for becoming healthier. A new baby is a big life change.

Thank you! So what are your plans of execution? Some people start out logging everything they normally eat so they can get a nice wake up call of how much they are usually eating and know what kind of adjustment to make.
