Chaotic life and baby weight!
I am new to FitDay but certainly not new to weight loss. I have 3 children, work, and own a business. I am 41, 5'4" and 165-ish pounds. I had my third baby 2 years ago. I was about 150 when I got pregnant with her. Right now I am still the same weight I was 2 weeks after I had her! The kicker is, I am an avid gym goer. And I am the Wellness Champion for my work, even creating walking programs and motivating others. So why can't I lose even a single pound? I don't know. My trainers don't know. My doctor doesn't know. But I think I do. I think I am not consistent enough and my life is chaotic. Cortisol overload. And with a slower metabolism due to age and 3 children later in life I am fighting an uphill battle. So i am here hoping for encouragement and the tools to keep me focused. Reporting food and activity everyday should help greatly with that. Looking forward to speaking with other members and fighting the good fight!
