Hi Chris you are taking the first and most important step and that is coming on here and asking for help.
Going to the gym is great but you also have to decide which lifestyle eating plan you want to do. Make sure it is one you can stick to so many of my diet attempts failed because I either got bored with it or felt deprieved so consider these factors when you choose.
How much do you have to loose?
I am trying to change my lifestyle to include healthy foods and excersize will be glad to go on the journey with you.
Stay focused and positive you can and will do it.
