Getting the weight off for pregnancy
Let me start by saying, I love this website! I'm 34 years old, mother of 3 and wanting to work on baby number 4. I lost weight last year and got preggo immediately. Unfortunately, I lost the baby at 12 weeks and began emotionally eating and gained a whopping 70 pounds! I was about 180 when I got pregnant in November.
Anyway so I have been having trouble conceiving and my blood pressure is through the roof. So I decided I'm getting it off so I can have a healthy pregnancy and my plan is to continue healthy habits after I get pregnant as well.
Losing weight for baby #4
10/9/11-Starting weight 255.9(Midday)
Plan is 1200 calories p/day
30g to 80g carbs minimum
72g + Protein
Cardio 1 hour per day, 10 to 20 min calisthenics
Goal is 82 pound loss by Jan or Feb 2012
Goal weight 165
