Default What's up?????

Hello everyone,

I've been working my butt off at the gym, not ready to face the scale because we are not friends. I have been doing great all week but when the weekend gets here its like everything goes down hill, going to promise myself that it will be different this week end I just hope to be down one size by Thanksgiving!!!

Hey

Good work on the week at the gym.

The positive in your concern is the fact you 'know' when your breaking point will come. We all know its not as easy to do as it is to say but just think of it as any other day. Just push yourself to get through this weekend and then, like everything, it will become easy to do next time.

I'm sure you can do it so let us know the good news!
