Done a few more weights so hopefully made up for them slightly
Still minus Calories today so will be interesting to see what my total minus is for the week, then convert that into predicted weight loss, then jump on the scales and see how much extra the exercise has improved.
I do understand that more exercise will lead to increase muscle mass (hopefully) which will add weight. But I also know that the more muscle mass you have the more calories those muscles will burn.
