Hi, glad to have found you all.
Hoping that being here and being accountable will help me achieve my goals.
I had a bad drink problem, but have been sober for a few years. In that time I shifted about 50lbs, started running, cycling and joined a gym. This last year though has seen a bit of a slide, at least 15lbs has crept back on. Also as I am awaiting an op, my exercise has been restricted and I only go to the gym about once a week. I know I can do a lot more than that, and being a binge eater as well, I need to take a grip on my life.
Will read and learn as much as I can, and hope to share with others here.
