new to this....just joined 2day
hey! i am a 30 yr old full time working mom of two (9 and 2)...who tries to squeeze in some exercise when possible between ballgames and "mom duties" :) any tips are greatly appreciated. i am needing to lose around 30 lbs. thanks!
