Post Help, I'm new to this

Hello everyone,

I've got to loose this weight and keep it off before I develop health problems. Joined today and want to weigh-in 30 pounds lighter than I am now.
I don't like to exercise and that's probably my biggest thing that would help me the most. I get tired of eating rabbit food and things that take a lot of time planning/preparing. I'm also a late night snacker. Any good advice or helpful hints.

Try to get 30% of your calories from protein. Stop drinking empty calories like soda, or juice. Cut back or cut out simple carbohydrates like sugar, white bread, pasta and processed food (chips,crackers or anything in a box). Substitute whole fruits, vegetables, whole grain products.

There are lots of good ideas for snacks, including pudding cups, popcorn, and almonds.
