I used this site about 10 years ago. So now I am starting over with my husband at my side this time. Getting started is harder than I thought it would be. My goal is 100 lbs. If I'm gonna dream, dream big. I hope to find support when I tend to waver or get tempted to fall off my little red wagon.
I do buy healthy foods, but I am hoping as I track everything I can see what and where my temptations are that I give into, and correct it. The older I get, the more I find my health going down. When I retire, I want to be healthy enough to travel.
