I am new here
Hi my name is Jami Gill I just got married I deal with depression plus I just gained 20pds in the last 7 months since my dad passed away. Food has been aways been in my life I have always been big and now that I am in my late 20's and my husband and I are trying for a baby and I want a change I am sick and tired of being overweight and I need to start some how
